With over 15 years of experience supporting executives, founders, boards, and leadership teams, Halima has worked across diverse business environments including investment-focused organizations, professional services firms, and multi-entity operations in early and expansion-stage phases.
Her work has spanned day-to-day executive support and long-range coordination – managing complex calendars and travel, preparing leadership meetings, drafting reports and contracts, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through across stakeholders. She has supported leadership meetings at both monthly and quarterly cadence, coordinated post-initiative reviews, and served as a reliable point of continuity across fast-moving environments.
